Having a hosted exchange email server is a fantastic way to project a professional appearance while keeping your contacts and schedules in order.
Exchange email gives your company a domain name and lets you access the service without going through the trouble of webmail.
Virtual IT features the Microsoft Outlook application therefore you’ll be able to compose meeting requests and access your company’s email address database from the online desktop. To add to these features, our hosted exchange service is Blackberry-compatible, making all these features doubly mobile for those individuals who thrive on doing business in the field.
Storage Space
With a hosted hard drive the concern for lost work is a thing of the past. Our interest is in your protection, thus we’ve invested in technology and infrastructure to provide a safe place for your files. Data is backed up at least once per day and access is only provided to approved users. Anti-viral mechanisms are built in at every level ensuring confidence and allowing you to focus on your company.
Software as a Service
Software can be a costly expense whether you’re setting up a new business, or expanding an existing operation. Program updates and adding new users can further complicate, particularly if you add the overhead for new PCs and office equipment.

How it works:
Usually, programs and files are stored locally – that is – on your own computer’s hard drive, or even a small network. Now, with Virtual Desktop, your files are stored at our data centre, along with the program files such as Microsoft Office.
Access Primus Virtual IT from your internet browser (minimum connection speed: 40-50 kbps) and sign in with your supplied username and password. From there a window will pop up containing a new Microsoft Windows Desktop including a Start menu, taskbar and whatever settings you’ve specified – you’re ready to go!
