Primus has invested significant resources in providing clients with access to the highest-quality infrastructure and services.  Our European network and data management centre is based in London Docklands and maintained 24/7 by highly skilled engineers and supported by strategic partnerships with major domestic carriers. 

Primus operates an international telecommunications network consisting of traditional and next-generation infrastructure.  Our services are provided over an extensive global network that includes:

• 16 carrier-grade international gateway and domestic switching systems

• Approximately 350 interconnection points to the company’s network with its service regions and other markets

• Sea and land based transcontinental fibre optic cabling systems owned and leased by Primus - used to transfer voice and data traffic across the network.
