InkJel have recently taken on five sales recruits across the country to build on their customer base. The new sales people have been set up as home workers in order to keep costs low and capitalise on the individuals’ regional knowledge.
With these new structural developments, InkJel approached Primus to facilitate and move forward with the changes.

Solution:
As a result of our consultation, InkJel’s mobile sales staff is now equipped with Primus 8 Meg Broadband, Business VoIP and the Hosted IT Desktop. With these three comprehensive communications solutions – InkJel are getting what they wanted from their new team and more.
Primus’ competitively priced Broadband service allows both the VoIP and Hosted IT services to be enabled at the home offices. With the Hosted Exchange email included in the Virtual IT package, sales staff can easily collaborate and compare notes on customers and selling points. With the schedule and calendaring functions, management can supervise the sales meetings and follow up on potential clientele. Company documents, sales reviews, orders and account status sheets can all be accessed through the hosted storage, and individual users’ data is also available from any internet connection.
All of this is done by keeping initial investment costs to a minimum. Home users are given account names and passwords which are accessed from the Primus website. Hardware can be kept to a minimum and with software included in the monthly cost – InkJel management need not worry about setting up extensive IT systems at each of the new employees’ homes.
